This guide is intended for grade 9 students, and was conceived for 15 classes over 6 weeks - English being studied every alternative day. Each day is very detailed. It is a highly participatory and competitive - integrating oral competitions between families, chosen by the teacher. Assessed daily readings are essential, with perhaps 35% of the class time scheduled listening to students practice and refine text, orally. There are also short act-quizzes, vocabulary tests and crossword puzzles to ensure total comprehension.
